Adam Benarzi
Adam has been practicing Family Law in Alberta since 2014. He brings a no-nonsense approach to the firm, and as your lawyer Adam will quickly determine your issues, and provide you with the advice and guidance you need to feel comfortable reaching your solutions.
Respecting that your time and your money are important, Adam will always suggest the most efficient and least expensive road to resolution and will work tirelessly at your legal issues to ensure they are resolved to your satisfaction.
At the same time, he will use his patience and creativity to craft solutions that are unique to your needs. Adam’s zest for efficient directness has earned him experience in the Civil and Family Courts of Alberta, Court of Appeal as well as the Federal Court of Canada.
When Adam isn’t practicing law, he’s planning his next adventure – whether it’s about his travels to Portugal, South Korea, Austria, or Vietnam, he’s always happy to share stories.
Kristen Chaehan
Kristen is a Student-at-Law with Framework Family Law. She brings a clear and straightforward approach to client communication while continuing to develop her legal knowledge and advocacy skills under the supervision of her principal, Adam Benarzi.
Drawing on her previous experience as a criminal law legal assistant, Kristen has a practical understanding of Alberta’s Legal Aid system and court processes. She uses this experience to help clients understand their options and identify a clear path toward resolution while remaining attentive to the challenges and sensitivities of high-conflict matters. Kristen is fluent in Korean and is pleased to assist clients in either English or Korean.
Outside the office, Kristen enjoys caring for her budgies, cooking, and learning about new topics that spark her interest.
